This luxury residence development project in the district of Vinohrady in Prague is realized by A.K.F. Project, a.s., a member of the RP Invest Group. The project is currently under construction in an area where prominent representatives of the Czech nation have lived and worked, and offers the purchase of 13 large apartments and 50 parking spaces. It is situated in a location truly unique for its genius loci. The architectural design of the residence respects and shapes the surroundings of the Hradešínská Street thanks to its pure geometric expression. Martin Pračka, the project’s architect, designed the residence in keeping with the general flavor of homes typical of the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938).
